Affordable Housing

The company specializes in the management of HUD-insured Section 8 affordable properties and Section 42 tax credit housing. We pride ourselves with our track record of strict adherence to regulatory requirements on federal, state, and local levels. In addition to the standard package of our management services, affordable program management includes audit engagement, coordination and review, government agency review preparation and response, physical REAC inspection preparation, agency correspondence, record keeping and reporting, rent comp study initiation and analysis, contract renewals and rent increases, vouchering, and 2530 updates.

Affordable housing enhanced services include troubled property workouts, market-to-market restructuring, special refinancing, and special accounting, records, and reporting.
