Tonya Froehlich, CPM, COS, Realtor®
President/Principal Broker
A Graduate cum Laude of The Ohio State University, Tonya joined The Barcus Company in 2007. Tonya oversees the strategic direction of the company and serves as its Principal Broker. She provides oversight of the Company's property management accounts, including affordable, market-rate, and tax-credit multi-family, along with other commercial properties.
Her experience has included positions as Occupancy Specialist, Property Manager, Compliance Specialist, Director of Property and Asset Management, Regional Manager, and Vice President of Management Operations.
Shelley Darfus
Controller
Shelley joined The Barcus Company as the Controller in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin University.
She has over twenty years of accounting experience, including positions as property analyst and controller in areas of property management, asset management, and real estate investment.
Amber Keiser, Realtor®
Senior Regional Manager
Amber has worked in the property management industry since 2018. Her experience has included Occupancy Specialist, Property Manager, Compliance Specialist, and Regional Manager.
In this position, Amber is responsible for the Company's property management accounts, including affordable, market-rate, and tax-credit multi-family, along with other commercial properties.
Davida Headley, Realtor®
Regional Manager
Davida joined The Barcus Company in 2018 and brings experience in real estate, compliance, and property management to the team.
In her position, Davida is responsible for a portfolio of affordable, market-rate, and cooperative multi-family properties.
Doug Decker, CHAM
Regional Manager
Doug joined The Barcus Company in 2026 and brings experience in property management, maintenance, compliance, real estate development, and asset management to the team.
In his position, Doug is responsible for a portfolio of various affordable multi-family housing programs, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Randi Cutshall, COSA, FHS, CMH
Compliance Manager
Randi joined the Company in 2011. She is primarily responsible for monitoring site compliance of the Company's affordable, market-rate, and tax-credit multi-family properties.
This includes special claims management, HUD liaison, housing assistance contract renewals, and resident file auditing. Randi is the 504 Coordinator and EIV Coordinator.
Randi began her career as a property manager with The Barcus Company. After 7 years in the property manager position, she took over the role as compliance specialist before her promotion to Compliance Manager.
Jim Cruikshank
Maintenance Coordinator
Jim brings over 15 years of experience in service industry management to The Barcus Company. He joined the team in 2023.
He is responsible for monitoring and developing the maintenance program for the Company’s affordable, market-rate, and tax-credit multi-family properties, along with other commercial properties.
Ashley Davis
Human Resource Manager
Ashley joined The Barcus Company in 2023 and holds degrees in both Human Resources and Business Psychology from Franklin University.
As the HR Manager, she oversees the employee lifecycle and advises leadership on various employee matters, ensuring alignment with not only organization goals and policies but also fair employment practices.
